Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer returns or refunds on Gift Cards.
REFUNDS
We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. The item(s) must be in its original packaging, including all hang-tags and stickers. Item(s) must be in new like condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors etc... Please don't forget to include the return merchandise number form in your package.
Returns are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. After which time, upon processing the return, refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your form of payment, your refund should show on your statement within a few days.
SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds on any specials, clearance, or discounted items. Please note that such items cannot be returned or refunded.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges on any new/unworn items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Item must be in its original packaging. In order to qualify for an exchange, you must specify which size you would like in your exchange request. If you would like a different item altogether please submit a return request instead. To get started with an exchange please contact us at support(AT)dionwear(DOT).com and provide your details along with order number.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We will replace any item that is defective or damaged free of charge. In order to submit your claim, please send a picture of the defect/damage, where both t-shirt design and size/tag are visible, to support(AT)dionwear(DOT).com along with your order number. We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt and provide you with your replacement tracking number.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return to be used on www.dionwear.com. Once the returned item is received, gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchase, or the gift sender had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at later time, we will submit a refund to the gift sender.

Please remember to include your order number or RMA (return merchandise authorization) number inside your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to arrive, may vary.
