Processing time

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they ship. Processing can take longer during holidays and other peak seasons. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery time

Delivery time is the time the carrier takes after your order ships. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days. Faster shipping options, when available, are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Shipping options and rates

We ship U.S. orders with USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are based on your order's weight and destination, and all available options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $75+

Orders shipping to an address in the United States get free standard shipping when the order subtotal is $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Choose the free standard option at checkout. Faster options, such as USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, remain available at their regular rates. Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only.

International shipping

We currently ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

International orders ship with USPS First-Class Package International, DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International Connect Plus. The carriers and rates available for your address are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. Import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. Any charges not collected at checkout are the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at info@dionwear.com. We can't change the address once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email info@dionwear.com with your order number. We'll investigate and, for confirmed losses, send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Return Policy for details.
